On some host systems, if you do not check your mail often enough your mailbox fills up. When that happens, or if you change online providers without notifying us, the host rejects incoming messages to your account. The host also bounces the message to Apologia with a "mailbox full" or some other error message. As a result, then OUR mailbox begins to swamp. Consequently, we must occasionally remove problem addresses from our mailing list. If this happens, please contact us about the problem and we will re-enter the e-mail address you specify. If the problems continue with a multiple of occurrences, Apologia reserves the right to discontinue service. It is not possible for Apologia to maintain service to unstable e-mail addresses or accounts. The best way to avoid these problems is to keep Apologia current with your e-mail address changes in advance.
